NAPAREF BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees has the principal responsibility for fulfillment of the mission of the National Asphalt Pavement Association Research and Education Foundation (NAPAREF). As such, the Board of Trustees has final authority over the affairs and business of NAPAREF.
